The apartment is located in the "green centre of Berlin" (Destrict Mitte / Tiergarten) next to the government quarter and even close to Berlin's new central station and many other essential attractions like Brandenburg Gate, Victory Column, Federal Chancellery or Reichstag. All this can be easily reached by foot.

Several supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, bars and more are in the immediate vicinity. It's an ideal starting point for your city tours.

The second floor apartment has been newly furnished and modernized in 2005 and can accomodate up to 4 persons. We offer on a surface area of 42 sq.m. . .

Believe, the public transport system in Berlin is fantastic ! You'll lodge especially conveniently regarding public transport: Choose among underground (U-Bahn), suburban-city-train (S-Bahn) and different bus numbers:

• S-Bahn: The lines S 5, S 7, S 9, S 75 runs from the Station Bellevue or Central Station called "Hauptbahnhof". Both stations are reachable in 10 to 15 minutes from your apartment door. Your fast connection to the western and eastern sides of Berlin.

• U-Bahn: The Line U 9 runs from Station "Turmstrasse"; your connection with the northern and southern parts of Berlin.

• Buslines: Close to your apartment are several bus stations. For example, the JetExpressBus TXL is your connection to Airport Tegel and other areas like Alexanderplatz. Bus number 245  connects you with "Zoologischer Garten" or "Hackescher Markt". The popular bus line 100 will show you almost all main attraction for a charge of 2,10 Euro.

 Prices, Availability and Booking

• 1 to 2 persons pays a charge of 40 Euro per night with at least three overnight accomodations. Otherwise a unique surcharge takes place of 30 Euro.

• Each further person pays 15 Euro, children (aged 3 to 14) 10 Euro and toddlers and babies are free of charge.

• A stay for a complete week has got a special discounted price of 250 Euro at the most of 2 persons. Longer stays of several weeks receive a discount after arrangement. A pre-payment is expected here of 20 % of the final rent.

• The prices are inclusive final cleaning, bedlinen, sheets and towels. Also a safe parking lot can be made available free of charge.

• The apartment is available  on the arrival day from 3 p.m. and on the departure day until 10 a.m. Of course, after a previous arrangement an earlier or later arrival / departure is also possible. To check the availabilities, please click here.
